Jeff De Ruyscher

Jeff provides visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the mission and values of the organization are carried out effectively. He oversees day-to-day operations, manages staff and volunteers, stewards financial resources responsibly, and develops key partnerships and fundraising efforts. By guiding programs, nurturing community relationships, and fostering spiritual growth within the ministry, Jeff plays a crucial role in advancing the ministry’s impact and reaching more lives for Christ.

Robert Winkler

Robert equips and encourages men to grow in their relationship with God and live out their faith with purpose. He organizes gatherings, Bible studies, and outreach opportunities that foster authentic friendships and spiritual growth. With a heart to see men lead boldly at home, in the church, and in the community, he creates spaces where men can be challenged, supported, and inspired to become the men God has called them to be.

Talicia McFetridge 

Talicia serves to support, encourage, and guide women in their walk with Christ. She leads Bible studies, organizes events & conferences, offers counseling and prayer, and creates a welcoming yet accountable space where women can grow in faith, build meaningful relationships and discover their God-given purpose.

Talicia also has a unique ministry that disciples women who have experienced infidelity in their marriages and chosen to stay.
